There is a maximum of 4 people per unit, including children ages 2 years and older. This policy is strictly enforced.
Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.
Wristbands are required to be worn for the duration of a stay
Pets are allowed in select properties for an extra fee. Inquire before reserving.
A USD $250 security deposit on your credit card will be requested when you check-in and will be released after the team inspects the property at your departure
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building or units
Please note that an additional guest fee applies starting from the 3rd guest.
HOW TO FIND THE ENTRANCE:
The SOHO building has 2 entrances. The main entrance is called the motor lobby and is located directly on HWY 200. Use this if arriving by foot/Uber/taxi. This entrance is located directly across from the PEMEX gas station, located at Carr. Costera a Barra de Navidad 380. When putting "SOHO PV" into Uber, it might direct the driver up the hill to the back entrance, so please tell your driver you want to use the highway entrance.
The second entrance is to the rear parking lot and also has a pedestrian entrance. This is located behind the building and requires driving up Pulpito Street and when you come to a wall, turn to the left onto Rodolfo Gomez street. It is a small, narrow, stone street. You will see the back of SOHO and where you can enter to park. Registration is required before parking.
Located at just a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 25-minute drive from the airport.
NOTE: A USD $250 security deposit on your credit card will be requested when you check in and will be liberated after the team inspects the property at your departure.
