Flow through the open floor plan, with direct sunset views of the Bay of Banderas from your private terrace with dining for six. Each bedroom has a king bed, closet, dresser and private bath. The master has a small terrace space. Enjoy best-in-class amenities with a rooftop infinity pool, restaurant, and room service.
Enjoy peace and privacy with two bedrooms, complete with luxury linens and comfortable beds. Fast Wifi throughout, a full kitchen, and an oceanfront living room make this the perfect space to relax and enjoy all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.
Conchas Chinas beach, one of the most beautiful in the area, is directly in front of the building. You can enjoy the swimmable waters, soft sand, and even take out a complimentary kayak or paddleboard.
Our amenities are best-in-class, with a stunning rooftop pool deck, jacuzzis, restaurant & bar, gym, lower level pool, room service, on-site concierge, and more.
*Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Building improvement projects are scheduled from May 11 to August 9, 2026. Work will take place daily between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The most disruptive phase is expected during the first 3 to 4 weeks. The rooftop amenities will remain fully operational, and the main areas used by guests are expected to have minimal impact.
CONCIERGE:
The on-site Concierge team is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and can arrange a wide variety of additional services such as airport private transportation, SPA treatments, private Chef experiences (cooking classes, tequila tasting, appetizers, and bartender service), food & drinks fridge pre-stocking, tours and activities, and many more! The concierge will contact you and assist in coordinating your arrival.
RESTAURANT:
- The rooftop terrace Restaurant is open 9:00 am - 3:00 pm for lunch.
-Bar is Open: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
ROOM SERVICE
- This service is available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week.
POOLS:
- The lobby infinity oceanfront pool and the rooftop terrace infinity pool are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
(Children are not allowed in the rooftop pool)
FITNESS CENTER: - Fully equipped, oceanview 7:00 am - 10:00 pm no reservation needed.
PARKING:
- One parking spot might be available in an underground garage. Please ask the concierge directly.
BEACH: We are really fortunate to have the beach right in front!
A resort fee of $310 MXN PESOS per night (not per person) will be collected at the security desk upon arrival. This Facilities Daily Rate is additional and independent of Maxwell Residences, and applies to all reservations.
You can easily walk to Zona Romantica in 15-20 minutes, or take a 3-minute uber costing only $5.

This place is so awesome! I recommend it to everyone. Pure luxury. And, the rooftop pool and beach bar across the street were added bonuses. Loved everything about the place. We didn’t want to leave. Hans, the concierge, was super helpful too. We booked massages through him and they came right to the place. Massages over the water were so wonderful. Book this place! The only drawback is you will not want to leave it!
We spent 9 nights at this apartment. The location was unbeatable—far enough away from it all—but still an easy 10-15 minute walk to Playa de los muertos and Zona Romantica. The condo itself was clean and spacious for the two of us. The rooftop pool was also gorgeous and quiet. Would definitely recommend this property to others.
