This house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, stunning, and packed with incredible views. We truly enjoyed having friends fly in from all over the country to celebrate my birthday here, and the space itself created a beautiful backdrop for the trip. However, there were several issues during our stay that definitely impacted the experience. The jacuzzi not working was a major disappointment, especially because it was one of the main reasons I booked this property. I had reached out in both March and April ahead of our stay to confirm it would be working and maintained before arrival, but once I started following up closer to the trip, my messages began getting ignored. The property also has several beautiful fountains throughout the home, but none of them were functioning or filled with water. We really enjoyed our stay here overall. The location is excellent, with stunning views and a beautiful, rustic, artistic Mexican vibe. The open layout of the kitchen and living room was perfect for morning breakfasts and hanging out together. Pool area although very nice and relaxing, one thing worth mentioning for future guests: the hot tub in the photos isn’t actually a functioning hot tub. That said, it was never advertised as one, so just something to be aware of. The home does advertise air conditioning, and while it was available, the AC in two of the rooms had some issues. It didn’t work the first two nights, was addressed by the third night, but then one unit stopped working again on the fourth night. In the main bedroom bathroom, the water pressure was very low, and we weren’t able to get hot water any night . A couple of lights also didn’t work during our stay, we ended up buying light bulbs from a nearby supermarket. I felt for the price paid, everything should be working.
