Important Rules & Info:

A $518 MXN pesos per night (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent of Maxwell Residences.
All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access.
This unit has a maximum occupancy of 6.
Pets are not allowed.
Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or portable speakers to the pool areas is prohibited.
Visitors are not permitted in common areas. Only registered guests can make use of the amenities.
A MXN $5,000 security deposit on your credit card will be requested when you check in and will be released after the team inspects the property at your departure
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building or units
Quiet hours after 11pm. No noise on the balcony at any time. Violations of rules will lead to removal from the property.

PLEASE NOTE: The base rate includes access to one bedroom for up to 2 guests. An extra person fee applies starting from the 3rd guest.
Bedroom access is based on the total number of registered guests:
1–2 guests: 1 bedroom open
3–4 guests: 2 bedrooms open
5-6 guests: 3 bedrooms open
Any bedrooms not included based on the guest count will remain closed during the stay. The rest of the condo remains fully private for your group.

This property is located at the Indah by Sayan Condo in the Conchas Chinas neighbourhood.

Directions:
-Head south on Highway 200
-Turn right on Calle Santa Barbara
-Then take an immediate short left turn down the hill. To your right you will approach the Indah building entrance.

You will get to experience this vibrant city all within walking distance or a short car ride.
Located a 3-minute walk from the beach and a 30-minute drive from the airport.
