Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.
Wristbands are required to be worn for the duration of a stay

SOHO has 2 entrances. The main entrance is called the motor lobby and is located directly on HWY 200. Use this if arriving by foot/Uber/taxi. This entrance is located directly across from the PEMEX gas station, located at Carr. Costera a Barra de Navidad 380. When putting "SOHO PV" into Uber/Maps, it might direct the driver up the hill to the back entrance, so please tell your driver you want to use the highway entrance.
The second entrance is located behind the building and requires driving up Pulpito Street and when you come to a wall, turn to the left onto Rodolfo Gomez street. It is a small, narrow, stone street. You will see the back of SOHO and where you can enter to park in the garage. Registration is required before parking.

The condo is hard to beat. Perhaps the best of our many AirBnB stays. What matters most to us? Comfort, convenience, views, beauty, peace and quiet. The condo is perfect for all of these for a short stay as a longer-term stay. There is an excellent gym and rooftop pool with restaurant/bar, a calm vibe (with lots of eye-candy), and 380 degree views from Los Arcos islands in the south, to the islands west, to city north and to majestic mountains east. From the condo we could see gorgeous views of lush green mountains, blue bay and skies, a colorful and sparkling city, and the perfect design mix throughout of modern and traditional Mexico. We heard the sounds of parrots in the morning and the sound of silence at night. Loved the first floor cafe when not dining in. Fine touches throughout include marble, granite, glass, chrome, comfortable beds and furnishings and art. Cool breezes or AC are great after a long day at the beach. We'll be back for sure, and for longer - maybe a month.
The building is impressive, however, I seem to have booked a unit that converts the living room into a bedroom. Once the sliding door is closed, there is no access to the balcony or living room. Nonetheless, the facilities team did an excellent job in maintaining the property. Unfortunately, I had to wait until 4 pm for check-in. Amazing location
