IMPORTANT RULES :

Visitors are NOT permitted in common areas. Only registered guests can make use of the amenities.
Building administration requires that a concierge greets you and completes the check-in process in person. Therefore, late check-ins after 8:00pm will incur an additional fee of $500 MXN or $30 USD, which must be paid in cash upon arrival.
There is a maximum of 4 people per unit, including children ages 2 years and older. This policy is strictly enforced.
Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.
Wristbands are required to be worn for the duration of a stay
Pets are allowed in select properties for an extra fee. Inquire before reserving.
A USD $250 security deposit on your credit card will be requested when you check-in and will be released after the team inspects the property at your departure
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building or units
Please note that an additional guest fee applies starting from the 3rd guest.
