If you have a large group, need more than one unit, and want to be close together, send us an email about availability of our sister unit next door. **Registered guests will have access to the condo and common areas after you complete registration with Maxwell Properties (our property manager and concierge service), who will help you register with Sayan Indah building security at the start of your stay. **All guests must be registered before getting access to condo or Sayan Indah common areas, such as the restaurants, bars, pools, and gym. **The restaurants and bars receive high praise from our guests for good reason -- the food menu is reasonably priced with lots of fresh and healthy options, including seafood, chicken, beef, and vegetarian dishes. The staff will also accommodate customized requests and have been good with vegan eaters (please be clear with instructions and consider using Translator if you can). There is a breakfast, extensive day/lunch, and dinner menu (and you can order from the lunch menu at dinner). The staff will also entertain substitutes if you ask. **Towels for pool use are available at the pool. **At this juncture, we are working with building management on a plan of how to handle registered guests being allowed to bring outside guests into the building to use the restaurants, pools, etc. -- this is not a public building and there is concern about security, overcrowding of pools, restaurants, gym and whether a fee should be charged to outsiders using facilities. You can bring outside guests to your unit, but at this time outside guests are not permitted to use the facilities until we work out a plan. Please ask if you have any questions about this or if you want to know if new rules have been approved (we are diligently working on one that we hope will be approved). - Secured free parking on the premises (but please coordinate parking reservation in advance) - 6 miles from PV International Airport, usually about 25-30 minute taxi/Uber ride, depending on traffic (please allow plenty of additional buffer time to get to and from airport because taxis can take time to arrive and traffic can get heavy at times) **A detailed, paper house manual will be available in the unit. **Please use the manual to understand how the TVs operate. **We will also send you detailed email prior to your arrival with information you need for your stay, including information about access to the unit upon arrival, obtaining taxi/Uber services, airport location in relation to the condo, billing of Sayan Indah restaurant/bar services. **The A/C units are fast and cold. Please raise the temperature or turn off the units when you do not need to use them. Once you return and turn on the A/C it will cool within a few minutes. **Please be courteous and respectful to the Sayan Indah staff, including properly disposing of trash and returning restaurant dishware and utensils to the restaurant within 24 hours (do not leave in the hallway outside your unit) **No smoking on the premises or in condo **Please return all condo borrowed items (towels, glasses, forks, knives, etc.) to the unit **Be respectful of other residents -- we want you to enjoy yourselves but please no loud music or partying that will disturb others, particularly before 10 am and after 10 pm **We are happy to make recommendations for local fare **For local activities and things to do contact your concierge
